摘要
目的探讨几种类型冠心病患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)测定16例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)、16例不稳定型心绞痛(UALP)、16例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者溶栓治疗前后和16例正常人的血清VWGF水平。结果与正常人(80.44±24.57)Pg/mL比较,SAP(98.60±26.99)pg/mL和UAP(103.61±24.89)pg/mL患者的血清VEGF浓度呈升高趋势,但差异尚未达到显著性(分别P>0.05)。溶栓治疗前AMI患者的血清VEGF水平为(285.92±125.15)pg/mL,显著高于SAP、UAP,患者或正常人(分别P<0.01),并与同步测得的血清肌酸激酶(CK)以及其同工酶(CK-MB)水平呈显著正相关(分别r=0.866,P<0.001和r=0.948,P<0.001)。溶栓治疗后3h,血清VEGF浓度已降到(111.57±31.29)pg/mL(与溶栓前比P<0.01;与正常人比P<0.05)。结论本文研究结果提示血清VEGF浓度可能是诊断AMI和判断再灌注的一个敏感指标。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in sevens kinds of coronery heartdisease Patients and its clihical significance. Methods The concenhations of serum VEGF were measured in 16 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAN), 16 with unstable angine pectoris (UAP), 16 with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) before and after thrombolytic therapy, and 16 control subjects by an enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The concentrations of serum VEGF in Patients with san (98.60±26.99) pg/mL and UAP(103 .61± 24.89) pg/mL tended to be higher than those in control subjects (80.44±24. 57 ) Pg/mL,but the difference did not reach statistical significance (P > 0.05 for each). Before thrombolytic therapy, the levels of serum VEGF in patients with AMI(285 .92±125. 15) pg/mL were significantly higher than those in patients with SAN, UAP or corretrol subjects (P < 0.01, respectively), and cormlated with synchronous serum creatine kinase (CK)levels (r = 0.866, P < 0.00l ) and its MB isoenzyme (CK - MB) levels (r = 0.948, P < 0.001).Three hours after throlnbolysis, the concenthehons ofWIGF had fallen to (111 .57 ±31 .29)Pg/mL (P <0.01 vs. before thrombolytic therapy; P < 0.05 vs.control subjects). Conclusion The results suggest that the concentrations of serum VEGF may serve as a sensitive target in diagnosing AMI and judging reperfusion.[
