Giving the small enterprise a free hand' is a significant move in the process of carrying out the stratigic structure adjustment in geological explorating units and it has special forms and characteristics. This paper advances that making a good job of the standardization,management and service starting with establishing and perfecting the mechanism of 'giving the small enterprise a free hand' in geological explorating units, is the key link obtaining substantial results.
