摘要
本文综合分析了非导电结构陶瓷材料的加工方法及工艺,提出非导电结构陶瓷的有效加工方法应是分为粗精加工,得出了适合快走丝电火花线切割的高效加工工艺.
This paper deals with synthetically the processes for machining some non-conductive structural ceramics. This machining processes should be done by combining a coarse and a fine machining process. A eletrospark wire-electrode cutting that suitable to high wire-feed speed machining process for coarse machining of structural ceramics proposed in this paper.
