平底直动从动杆盘状凸轮机构的耐磨损设计

摘要 根据凸轮机构的失效形式,提出了耐磨损设计的准则;阐述了按弹性流体动力润滑理论设计平底直动从动杆盘状凸轮廓线及按赫兹应力确定凸轮宽度的设计方法.这对重载或中高速传力凸轮机构是非常必要的. According to the failure mode of cam mechanism, the rule of stand wear and tear design is put forward, meanahilc, the method is expounded which is the design of plat base-straight reciprocating motion-follower plate cam mechanism according to elastohydrodynamic theory, and the determination of cam width according to Hertz stress as well. It is very important for heavy olad intermediate-high speed cam mechanism.
