摘要
分析研究了预氧化处理工艺对钛瓷冠修复体钛－瓷界面结合强度的影响．研究发现：与传统烤瓷修复工艺不同，预氧化处理对钛瓷结合强度无增强作用，且预氧化温度高于５００℃时对钛－瓷结合还会产生不利的影响．同时对我们研制的钛瓷材料进行了评价．
The effect of the pre-oxidation procedure for the bonding strength of the porcelain -titanium was studied. All research work shows that the porcelain-titanium bonding strength didn′t increased with the pre-oxidation procedure, unlike the conventional porcelain-metal system. And the porcelain-titanium bonding may produce bad effects when the pre-oxidation temperature higher than 500℃. At the same time, we estimated Ti-Ceramic materials.
