摘要
对国产眉县重钙和进口英国涂布级重钙的涂布适应性进行了比较,并对涂料配方的计算机优化方法进行了初步研究.结果表明:重质碳酸钙可以一定比例配合进口瓷土用于底涂;重钙配比提高,有利于提高涂层亮度和拉毛速度,但可能造成光泽度和印刷光泽度下降;采用计算机优化技术进行配方的优化研究是可行的.
his paper studied a series of coating properties by English ground calcium carbonate and Mei county ground calcium carbonate, and computer optimization methods of paint finest formulation.The study showed:ground calcium carbonates (G.C.C) can be used in pigment coated paper and paper board in a proper proportion with inported clay. Using larger proportion of G.C.C can increase brightness and dry pick but may decreas gloss and print gloss. It is feasible to optimize paint fomulation by computer optimization technology.
