his paper deals with the synthesis of the polyurethan prepolymer from polyethylene glycol and toluene disocyanate, the chain extension of the polyurethane prepolymer with dibromosuccinic acid, followed by quaternization with triethylamine and the preparation of stable dispersions of these polyurethane cationomers.Investigation has been made into the influence fact to the product properties.
