介绍了肌醇的功能和生产情况,综述了微生物肌醇的研究背景和微生物发酵法肌醇生产研究的进展。
he function and production of inositol were presented. The developments of inositol production by fermentation were summarized. The trends and demands of inositol were also proposed.
