丹红注射液对脑梗死患者氧化低密度脂蛋白及基质金属蛋白酶-2水平的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨脑梗死患者丹红注射液治疗前后血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-2)水平的变化。方法选择住院治疗的急性脑梗死病人15例,给予0.9%生理盐水250 ml加丹红注射液40 ml每日1次静点,且在入院时及药物治疗后2 w分别检测ox-LDL,MMP-2的抗体水平。结果丹红注射液治疗前ox-LDL、MMP-2水平分别为(43.94±25.20)、(25.84±14.10)μg/dl,治疗后水平分别为(31.25±24.45)、(21.12±7.82)μg/dl,治疗前后血清ox-LDL含量有显著变化(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液从抗氧化的角度,对急性脑梗死的治疗起重要作用。
