摘要
蜀黍属Soughum的假高梁Sorghum halepense是世界上十大恶性杂草之一,也是我国对外植物检疫的对象,在对外检疫中,常见其外部形态特征破损,也常与其同属不同种,检疫地位截然不同的近似种混淆,而难以鉴认。本研究通过对同属的假高梁及其近似种苏丹草Sorghum sudanense、拟高梁Sorghum propin quum等同属不同种种子,采用形态解剖方法,对它们表皮、上皮细胞、胚体与胚乳等组织细胞结构进行比较研究,以区别种间差异,为检疫鉴定提供依据。
Sorghum halepense is one of the ten pernicious weeds around the world. It is also a target plant for abrod quarantine. Comparative morphology was studied on anatomy of epider-mis, epithelial cell, embryonic tissue and endosperm of 5. halepense, S. sudanense and S. propinquum. The interspecies variance could be differentiated and it could be used for identifica-tion in plant quarantine.
