From the start point of favourable climate resources and practical conditions for sugarcane planting in Xinfen county, we have analysed the advantages in wasteland reclaiming and ditch digging and introduced the whys, hows and prospects, thus, offered some measures and suggestions for sugarcane planting with superior quality and high yield.
