GPR14在大鼠心肌纤维化中的表达及作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨GPR14在大鼠心肌纤维化(MF)中的表达及作用。方法注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素(Iso)15 mg/kg复制大鼠MF模型。利用HE染色、Masson三色染色观察大鼠的心肌病变情况,免疫组化染色及RT-PCR分析GPR14在大鼠心肌中mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果与正常对照组比较,注射Iso后12 h,GPR14 mRNA表达明显增加(P<0.01);1 w后GPR14 mRNA表达有所回落,3 w后仍未降至正常(P<0.05)。结论 GPR14的基因和蛋白表达在缺血性坏死心肌中明显增加,提示GPR14的表达与纤维化程度有关,可能参与了大鼠MF的过程。
