摘要
分析了某飞机刹车机轮用钛合金对接螺栓螺纹滚压加工的难点，重点介绍了机床、滚丝轮、冷却润滑液和工艺参数的选择，以及取得的技术经济效果。
The difficult points in the rolling press treating of the jointed bolt and screw used in airplane wheel's brake are analyzed. It mainly introduces the follwings: such as the machine tool, tread rolling wheel, lubricating collant, the alternation of technological parameter and the technical economy effection made from this.
