摘要
提出了通过降低设备造价等技术措施和集中应用等管理措施来实现超精密加工的廉价化。
In order to meet the needs of developing high-technology in China,some technical and management measures,such as reduction in cost of prooessing equipment and cooperation in purcasing and application of superprecision machine tools,to make the superprecision machining low-cost have been described in this paper.
