摘要
介绍了作者研制的一种新型砂轮在线动平衡系统。该系统以单片机为核心,通过检测砂轮旋转时不平衡量引起的振动信号并进行数据处理,以确定不平衡量的大小,然后控制跟随砂轮高速旋转的平衡头内的平衡块移动对不平衡量进行补偿。经过初步实验表明,该系统显著降低了砂轮不平衡量引起的振动,获得了良好的平衡效果。
This paper introduces a new type of system about dynamic balance of on line emery cutter.With the core of one chip computer,this system first detects the unbalanced vibrating signal,and goes on data processing about the signals.Then it begins to compensate on the unbalanced quantity by controlling the counterbalance.The experiments imply that this system can slow down the vibration prominently,which can also get quite good a balanced affection.
