摘要
分析了影响机床温度场因素。在切削热较小的情况下,机床主轴箱附近的温度场主要受主轴转速的影响,而环境温度的变化等其它因素对其影响较小。在此基础上提出一种机床热变形误差的混合建模方案,即同时采用温度场和机床的主轴转速为模型的输入,这样即可在保证模型预报精度的前提下减少温度测点数量,以方便应用,又可提高模型的可靠性。
This paper analyses the factors affecting the temperature distribution of the machine tool.It shows that under the condition that the cutting heat is small,the temperature distribution near the CNC’s spindle box is mainly determined by the spindle speed,and it is irrelative to the environment temperature.Based on this a mixed-input model,which uses both temperature and spindle speed as it sinput,is proposed.The method can considerably reduce the number of prediction accuracy,thus makes makes the model both expedient and reliable.
