摘要
对173名中老年妇女进行的五种健身项目活动前后的生理指标测试。结果显示:1、中老年迪斯科和腰鼓活动后能明显改善全面粘度、心指数、左心有效泵力和有效血容量。2、太极拳和木兰拳、交谊舞对微循环半更新时有明显改善。
Some physiological tests were given to 173 middle aged and elderly women before and after they took the five sets of physical fitness program. The results shows:1. Disco and waist drum dance can distinctly improven, cl, vpe and Bv of the exercisers. 2. Taijiquan, lily magnolia boxing and waltz can improve Alt in certain degree.
