摘要
讨论了自适应控制在多级人才系统控制中的应用,以招聘数作为控制量,给出了使人才系统尽可能跟踪一个理想状态的自适应控制策略。
It is the purpose of the paper to point out the meaning of applying adaptive control to social -economic system and discuss the adaptive control in application to multi-graded manpower system. With recruitment as a control variable,we put forward the adaptive control strategy to keep the manpower system following the ideal ones.
