摘要
目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对神经再生的影响。方法:用硅胶管桥接大鼠坐骨神经6mm长的缺损,管内注入生理盐水稀释的bFGF,对照组注入等量的生理盐水,分别于术后1、3、5周作神经电生理检查及组织形态学检查。结果:bFGF组运动神经传导速度、复合肌肉动作电位振幅、神经纤维密度、轴突直径、髓鞘厚度均优于对照组。结论:bFGF能促进神经再生。
Objective: The effect of basic fibroblast growth factor on the peripheral nerve was studied. Methods:Silionone tube was used to create a nerve regeneration chamber for bridging hecaling experiment of sciatic nerve of rat having a defect of 6mm.bFGF was injucted into the chamber in oxperimental group and equal quantity of normal saline in control group.The specimens were observed by neuroelectrophysiologic testing, histologic examination at 1,3,5 weeks after the operation. Results: The motor nerve conducion velocity, amplitude of nerve action potencial, number of regeneration nerve fibers,thickness of myelin、diameter of axons in experimental group were better than those in control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion:The study shows that bFGF can enhance regeneration of peripheral nerve.
