双辊式铸机在投入工业性生产以来的近卅年里得到了飞速的发展。它以简单的工艺代替了热轧铝带所需的全部铸坯、机械处理、加热、开坯及热轧工序。而其生产的铝带卷是铝带轧机及铝箔轧机的材料。本文介绍了作者设计的一种新型连铸机即“无机架双辊式铸轧机”并申报了中国专利。1995年8月，一台无机架双辊式铸轧机已在成都一家铝带工厂投入工业性生产。

Nearly three decades has grown by leaps and bounds since the first two roller continuous caster was put into commercial operation. This caster substituting a single casting phase for all the casting seatting heating breakdown and hot rolling operations normally rogard to prepuce aluminum roll sheet. The author or this paper will introduced a new caster design after years of devilment thrpigh experimentation with many approaches. You may call it the 'Two toiler type continuous caster without framework'. Its applied Chinese patent.
