摘要
德国和奥地利两国的多个历史城市,在保护历史建筑和激活历史街区的实践中,尊重历史风貌中物质和文化元素。通过概括其以人为本、汲取民意,尽量减少阶段性因素,重视创意和细节,政策资金配套等经验,为历史城市可持续发展对策的制定进行了有益探讨。
Many historical cities in German and Austria Germany and Austria pay great respect to the material and cultural element in the practice of protecting historical construction and the activation of historical blocks.In this paper,the author describes these two country＇s experience of being humanoriented,reducing periodic factors,emphasizing creativity and the detail,combining policy and fund.The author also discussed the policy-making process of sustainable development of historical cities.
