摘要
目的:探讨血流序列(FLOW)在影像诊断和血流动力学分析上的独特作用,评价电子束CT(EBCT)对先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法:应用EBCT以FLOW对11例复杂的先天性心脏病患者进行检查。结果:11例患者共发现原发畸形27处,其中室间隔缺损9例,房间隔缺损2例,大动脉转位4例,右弓右降3例,三尖瓣闭锁1例,肺动脉瓣狭窄7例,动脉导管未闭1例。结论:EBCT对先天性心脏病病变程度较重、低血流的血管检查具有重要的诊断价值。
Objectives:The individual effect of flow mode in imaging diagnosis and blood dynamics is discussed.The diagnosis value of electron beam CT(EBCT) on congenital heart disease is evaluated. Methods:Flow mode of EBCT was performed on 11 patients with complex congenital heart disease. Results:Twenty seven primitive deformations were found in 11 patients.They include 9 cases of VSD,2 cases of ASD,4 cases of transposition of great arteries,1 case of closure of tricuspid valve,7 cases of pulmonary stenosis,1 case of PDA. Conclusions:EBCT is a new valuable examining method for congenital heart disease with serious deformation and lower blood flow.
