摘要
目的:探讨人体肝细胞癌患者癌及癌旁组织中Fas抗原的原位表达、分布,并与抗凋亡基因产物bcl-2蛋白比较,探讨Fas抗原在肝细胞癌形成过程中的生物学意义。方法:用免疫组织化学方法检测20例患者的肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中Fas抗原和bcl-2蛋白的原位表达。结果:18例癌组织中有Fas表达,大多数表现为胞质阳性,所有癌旁组织均见Fas表达,阳性可见于胞质及胞膜,炎细胞浸润明显之汇管区及纤维间隔附近的肝细胞阳性表达有所增强。bcl-2在19例HCC和所有癌旁组织均有表达;胞质着色,癌组织较癌旁表达为弱。结论:人体肝癌组织有Fas表达,以胞质阳性为主,癌旁组织胞质及胞膜均有表达,与淋巴细胞浸润关系密切,bcl-2的表达并不减弱细胞Fas的表达,二者在HCC的发生过程中可能有着独立的作用机制并起了一定的作用。
Objectives: To study the relationship between the expression of Fas antigen and bcl 2 oncoprotein in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and noncancerous tissues as well as the significance in tumor genesis of HCC. Methods: Fas antigen and bcl 2 oncoprotein were examined by immunohistochemical method by using 20 human HCC tissues and their corresponding noncancerous tissues Results:Eighteen human HCC tissuesexpressed Fas antigen,the majority of positive singals were only in the cytoplasm,whereas all cases of noncancerous specimens expressed Fas both in the surface and in the cytoplasm. Bcl 2 was expressed in most of HCC tissue(19) and all cases of noncancerous tissues.Bcl 2 expression in HCC was less frequently and more weakly than noncancerous tissues. Conclusions: It confirmed that Fas antigen was expressed in human HCC tissues and most of positive location only in the cytoplasm,bcl 2 expression didnot reduce cell Fas expression.It suggested that Fas and bcl 2 might have comparative indepandent significance in tumor genesis of HCC.
