尿毒症患者透析前后补体活化与荷C3d免疫复合物的水平变化

The complement activation and level change of C3d bearing immune complex in patients with uraemia pre and post dialysis

目的：了解尿毒症患者透析前后补体活化与荷Ｃ３ｄ免疫复合物（Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ）水平。方法：双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法。结果：透析后Ｃ３ｄ含量及Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ水平较透析前显著下降，而Ｃ３浓度则显著升高，在所有３３例Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ阳性者中，有２９例Ｃ３ｄ含量高于正常水平，二者水平变化呈现高度的正相关；而透析前的９例Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ阴性者中，Ｃ３ｄ含量亦明显增高。结论：尿毒症患者体内补体的激活除主要由Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ引起外，可能还与血清中存在的非免疫性激活物有关。

Objectives:To investigate the complement activation and level change of C3d bearing immune complex(C3d IC) in patients with uraemia pre and post dialysis. Methods: Double antibodies sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used. Results: It was found that,compared with pre dialysis,post dialysis C3d concentrations and C3d IC levels were decreased and C3 increased significantly( P <0.01).In all 33 C3d IC positive cases,there were 29 patients C3d concentrations exceeding the upper limit of normal,the level changes of C3d and C3d IC were positive correlation significantly;While,in C3d IC negative cases pre dialysis,C3d concentrations were also significantly increased. Conclusions:The complement activation was,in addition to,mainly influenced by C3d IC,and could be relevent to sera non immune activation substances.
