色氨酸的四阶导数光谱测定

Determination of tryptophane by UV 4st order derivative spectrum

目的及方法：采用四阶导数光谱法，对含９种氨基酸、４种维生素复方胶囊中的Ｌ－色氨酸的含量进行直接测定。结果：可消除其他组份的干扰。相关系数为ｒ＝０．９９９３，回收率及相对标准偏差分别为１０２．０４％、０．４５％。结论：该方法无需分离样品，操作简便。

Objectives and Methods:The content of Trytophane in compound capsule which contain nine kinds of amino acid and four kinds of vitamin was determined directly by 4st detervative spectrum. Results:The interference of other components can be eliminated.The correlation coefficient of the standard curve r =0.9993,the average recovery was 102.04 %,and RSD=0.45%. Conclusions:The method is simple and accurate,and the samples are not need to be isolated.
