实验性糖尿病大鼠心肌ATⅡ、ANF与心肌超微结构的研究

摘要 目的:观察糖尿病大鼠第3、7、14天心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ(ATⅡ)、心钠素(ANF)和心肌超微结构的改变。方法:用放免法测定心肌ATⅡ、ANF,用JEM-1200EX电镜观察心肌超微结构。结果:病程第14天心房肌ATⅡ与病程第3、7天心房肌ATⅡ有差异(P<0.05),病程第14天心室肌ATⅡ与病程第3天心室肌ATⅡ有差异(P<0.05),心肌ANF之间差异不明显(P>0.05),心肌超微结构的改变随着糖尿病病程的延长而进行性加重。 Objectives:Rats with streptozotocin induced experimental diabetes were observed at different stages for changes in the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ and atrial natriurectic factor and changes in the ultrastructure of atrium and ventricle muscles. Methods:Angiotensin Ⅱ level and atrial natriuretic factor level were determined by radioimmunoassay and the myocardial ultrastructure was observed under JEM 1200EX electron microscope. Results:Difference was shown in angiotensin Ⅱ level of atrium muscles between the rats with a 14 day disease course and those with a 3 day and a 7 day course( P <0.05).The same was true of ventrium muscles between the rats with a 3 day course and those with a 14 day course( P <0.05).No significant difference was found between the atrial natriurectic factor level of atrium muscles and that of ventricle muscles.Progressive deterioration of the myocardial ultrastructure was seen associated with the extension of disease course. Conclusions:Obvious coincidence was suggested between the changes in angiotensin Ⅱ level and the changes in myocardial ultrastructure.
