摘要
目的:对癫痫患者行手术前脑电图描记,以观察其对致痫灶的定位价值。方法:对17例癫痫患者采用硬膜下及深部埋藏电极检查,并且与常规头皮电极EEG及手术中ECoG、DEEG进行比较。结果:在尖棘波的检出率上,三者阳性率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在致痫灶的定位率上,颅内埋藏电极EEG准确率达88.2%,明显高于头皮电极EEG(P<0.01);与术中ECoG、DEEG比较无明显差异(P>0.05),提示具有相似的定位价值。
Objectives: The value of localization of epileptogenic fuci was observed in epileptic patients preoperatively by implanted electrods in subdural and brain depth. Methods: The changes in the implanted electrodes in 17 patients with epilepty were compared with EEG recorded by scalp electrodes, and ECoG、DEEG in operation. Results: There was no significant difference among those methods in recorded spike discharge rate ( P >0.05), but in location of epileptogenic fuci,the accurate rate of preoperative ECoG was 88.2%, which was similar to that of intraoperative ECoG ( P >0.05) and much superior to that of EEG ( P <0.01). Conclusions:Those date indicate that ECoG recorded by implanted subdural and depth electrodes preoperatively is a better way for locating epileptogenic fuci.
