摘要
目的:为复制符合临床特征稳定的多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)动物模型,必须克服NZW兔作为实验动物稳定性差的技术问题。方法:以“肠源性感染”及“失血性休克”作为两次打击,诱发MODS,比较在不同的实验条件下,MODS发生率的差异,探索最佳的实验条件。结果:在最佳实验条件下,脏器功能障碍发生率为91.7%,MODS发生率为75%,组间比较P<0.01。结论:在感染一定细菌量的条件下,严格控制血压是成功复制MODS模型的关键,其他的重要因素是一定的支持手段。
Objectives:To overcome the unstability of rabbit as an experimental model of MODS,we reproduce a stable and accord with the clinical features MODS rabbit model,and supply a repeatable rabbit model for further research work of MODS. Mehtods:MODS was induced by intestine originated infection and hypovolemic shock as the 'two strike mechanism'.The incidence rates of MODS were compared under different experimental situations in order to search for the best suited experimental conditions. Results:Under suitable conditions,the incidence rate of varous argan dysfunction was 91.7%,with MODS rate 75% respectively( P <0.01) between two groups. Conclusions:It suggested that strict control of blood pressure played a key role in reproduction of MODS under certain conditions.Other important influence factors were certain supportive therapy and moderate trauma etc.
