微波消化法在微量元素测定中的应用 被引量:2

APPLICATION OF MICROWAVE DIGESTION IN MEASUREMENT OF TRACE METALLIC ELEMENT

摘要 探讨了一种快捷有效的样品预处理方法,即采用聚四氟乙烯高压罐微波消化法处理样品。通过正交试验分析得到较优的消化条件,并在此条件下做锌、铁、锰的添加回收试验,回收率分别为97.05%、94.3%、90.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.2%、4.1%、3.4%。另外,还做了扩展试验,与国标法对照的试验。通过试验和比较,证实该消化方法具有安全、省时。 A previous disposal method for the digestion of samples by using PTFE closed-vessel microwave oven was studied. Some factors affecting digestion effect are selected by orthogonal experiments to get a optimum digestion condition. Under this condition, the Zn、Fe、Mn elements are put to the addition and recoveries test. The method respectively gives recoveries of 97.0%, 94.3%, 90.6%, variation coefficient of 1.2%,4.1%, 3.4%. In addition, expansion test is made and compared with the inter national standards. The testing and comparison results show that this method is safe,quick and convenient.
