摘要
就穿心莲注射液生产中普遍存在的浸出物收率不稳定问题，运用正交实验就提取诸因素对浸出物收率的影响进行了研究，并对同等条件下穿心莲总内酯的变化作了分析比较。实验结果表明，提高浸提温度可明显提高浸出物收率。
Study no stability problem in the produce injectio Andrographitis which are influence to the extraction content by orthogonal test,and making a comparison of andrographolide under the same conditionsThe test showed that raising the extracting temperature caused the obvious rise of the extracting content,but the total Andrographolide and constitute are no obvious change
