摘要 从单独添加一种合金元素和复合添加多种合金元素2种合金化方式,介绍了无镉银基钎料合金化的研究进展。概述了单独添加Sn,Ni,In,Ga的无镉银钎料性能和特点。从熔化温度、铺展性能、力学性能、组织影响等方面重点分析了复合添加Sn,Ga,In、稀土Ce的无镉银钎料的综合性能。指出了通过优化成分配比,复合添加Sn,Ga,In、稀土Ce的无镉银钎料在综合性能上已超越传统的含镉银钎料。 The research status of cadmium - free silver filler metals were introduced in terms of single - addition and multi - addition. The properties and characteristics of cadmium - free silver filler metals with addition of Sn, Ni, In and Ga were summarized. The melting temperature, spreadability, mechanical properties, and microstructure were analyzed with multi - addition of Sn, Ga, In and Ce. The results show that the comprehensive properties of cadmium - free silver filler metals are better than that of silver filler metals with cadmium by multi - addition of Sn, Ga, In and Ce.
