摘要
本文以宝钢马迹山25万吨级矿石中转港码头设计中所遇到的水流问题为例,通过对研究水域的水流性质以及泊位、船舶、水流三者之间关系的初步分析,认为水流尽管与风、浪一样不致船舶结构破坏,但一定时段内却可能对其靠泊造成困难,而水流作用于系泊中船舶并传递给码头结构物的荷载,以及水流与波浪相互作用使得波流要素改变则是设计中必需考虑的。最后,作者对港口设计和运作提出建议,以期相类似水深流急地区建设大型泊位时能有所借鉴。
In the course of dealing with the problem of currents in the quay design for Majishan 250,000 DWT ore transshipment port of Baosteel,the author concludes,based on preliminary analyses of flow characteristics and the relationship between berth and ship and flow in the studied waters,that water current,although hardly able to destroy the structure of a ship as the wind and seas,would probably make it difficult for ships to berth in certain time sections,and believes that the load applied by water current to a moored ship and then transferred to marine structures and the changes in (design) wave elements due to flow are indispensable considerations in design.At last,the paper puts forward some proposals for harbor design and operations,hoping that it may be useful for other similar areas with deep water and rapid curent where a large berth is proposed.
