A new kind of automatic - train- protection system tester can not only being used in the process of developing and manufacturing of a train speed control system, but also in the maintain process of locale. The tester can simulate the condition of a train moving and the malfunction during the train running. It can be operated by hand or by automatic and it will give the status of the system being tested. To describe, we mainly introduce the function, the configuration, and the realization of the tester.
