摘要
为保证核电站的安全运行,对焊接接头的焊接质量要求非常高,焊接接头的形状和尺寸是影响焊接质量的重要因素。对核岛管道系统对接焊端部接头进行了设计,并对焊接端部接头的几何形状和关键的尺寸要素(坡口角度、过渡段斜率、内镗孔和外表面直段的长度)进行了讨论,分析其规定的合理性,对管道制造单位和安装单位加工出符合设计要求的焊接端,具有一定的指导意义。
In order to ensure the safe operation of the nuclear plant, the good welding quality of the welded joints is required highly. The shape and dimension of the welded joints are the important influencing factors on the welding quality. The butt welding ends of nuclear island piping system were designed, and the geometry and key dimension elements of butt welding ends (such as groove angle, transition slope, boring and the straight section of external surface) were discusses, and then the rationality of specification was analyzed. It has guiding significance to process the welding ends met with to the design requirements for manufacturers and installation corporations.
