大脑疲劳对事件相关电位影响的实验观察

THE EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECTS OF MENTAL FATIGUE ON EVENT- RELATED POTENTIALS

摘要 为研究大脑疲劳对事件相关电位(ERPs)的影响,对14名18~25岁的学生,采用诱发电位仪分别测量他们疲劳前和疲劳后的事件相关电位。结果显示:事件相关电位的内源性成分 P300的潜伏期和幅值在受试者疲劳后有相应的变化。P300潜伏期普遍延长,且差别显著(P<0.05),P300幅值普遍降低,但差别不显著(P>0.05)。作者认为事件相关电位,尤其是 P300,不失为测定大脑疲劳的一种有价值的客观检测手段。 In order to study the effects of mental fatigue on Eventrelated Potentials (ERPs),ERPs in 14 students of 18~25 years old were measured with Evoked Potential in- struments respectively before and after fatigue.It was revealed that the amplitude and latency of P300,the endogenous component of ERPs changed correspondingly after fatigue.The la- tency of the P300 was prolonged in general and the differences are significant(p<0.05),the amplitude of the P300 decreased in general and its differences are not significant(p>0.05). It is suggested that ERPs,especially the P300,can serve as a valuable objective measure method in mental fatigue measurement.
