摘要
本文介绍了一种由运放和模放开关等组成的高性能串行A/D转换器的实现方法;用单片机产生控制时序,转换结果从16位计数器T0取得。其特点是:占用单片机口线只有三条、成本低廉、便于数据处理及功能扩展、通过软件处理其转换精度可接近16位。
This paper presents a method of composing a high performance serial A/D converter with operational amplifier and analog switch, etc. Controlled time sequences is produced by a single chip microcomputer(SCM), and the converted results are given by a 16-bit to counter, ltscharacteristics are presented as following: only 3 SCM s I/O lines are needed, the cost is low,data processing and function adding is convenient, an approachable IO/bit converting precision can be achieved with appropriate software.
