矿泉浸浴治疗烧伤残余创面930例

Experience of 930 cases of patients with wounds of burns treated by XingCheng mineral spring bath

目的观察兴城矿泉浸浴对烧伤残余创面的治疗作用。方法给予９３０例烧伤残余创面患者矿泉浸浴，每日１次，每次２０分钟，１４次为１个疗程。感染创面和创面较大者用抗菌纱布或去腐生肌中药膏纱布换药包扎处理，依创面情况，每日或隔日１次。结果治疗１～６周，９３０例烧伤残余创面全部愈合。结论兴城矿泉浸浴对烧伤残余创面有镇静、消炎促进愈合的作用。

Objective Effect observation of patients with wounds of burns cases treated by XingCheng mineral spring bath. Methods 930 cases of patients with wound of burns were treated by XingCheng mineral Spring bath, 20 minutes a day, 14 days a course of treatment. Dutectious wounds and larger wounds were dressed by antibiotic or chinese herbs unguent every day or two days. Results Treatment for 1～6 weeks, 930 cases of patients with wounds of burns were closed by scarimg. Conclusion This therapeutic method is very effective and convenient wayfor patients with wounds of burns.
