矿泉851(Y型)口服液对中老年人血清性激素的影响

Effects of oral fluid of mineral spring 851 (Y type) on sex hormone of the middle aged and aged patients

目的探讨矿泉８５１（Ｙ型）口服液对中老年人血清性激素（ＳＨ）的影响。方法用矿泉８５１（Ｙ型）口服液治疗２９例中老年患者，其中男性１６例，女性１３例；年龄５０～６９岁，平均（５８±５）岁，剂量５０ｍｌ口服，３次／日，３个月为１个疗程。治疗前、疗程后检测血清睾酮（Ｔ）和雌二醇（Ｅ２）。结果疗程结束后男性中老年组血清Ｔ（２０．８６±６．１１ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ）明显高于治疗前（１６．９９±４．８６ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ），差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），男性Ｅ２、女性Ｅ２和Ｔ，疗程前后差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

Obejective To observe the effect of oral fluid of mineral spring 851 (Y type) on sex hormone of the middle aged and aged patients. Methods 29 cases of the middle aged and aged patients (M16, F13, aged 58±s 5a) were treated by oral fiuid of mineral spring 851 (Y type)(50ml Po, tid for 90d). The serum testosterone(T)and estradiol (E 2) were observed in before and after treatment. Results The results showed that the serum testosterone of male group increaced significantly (from 16.99±4.86 nmol/L before to 20.86±6.11 nmol/L after therapy)(P<0.01). The serum E 2 of male group and the serum T and E 2 of Female group were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The oral fluid of mineral spring 851 (Y type)may increase the level of serum testosterone of male group.
