摘要
The QT dispersion(QTd)is the difference between the longest and theshortest QT interval in the 12-lead body surface electrocardiogram(ECG)and may play an important role to predict ventricular arrhythmias and sud-den cardiac death.This study test the relationship between the QTd and thedispersion of depolarization and repolarization directly from epicardium incanines.Methods:ECG in body surface and monophasic action potentl(MAP)at21 different epicardial sites were recorded in 16 canines.The QTd was com-pared with the dispersion of MAP duration at 90% repolarization(MAPD90d),recovery time(RTd)and activity time(ATd).Results,The QTd,ATd,MAPD90d and RTd are respectively 27±12,16±4,38±11,38±12ms.It was showed a signiflcant correlation of QTd withATd,RTd,and MAPD90d(respectively r=0.98,0.79,and 0.78,P【0.05).Also a good correlation of ATd with MAPD90d and RTd(r=0.81 and 0.74,P【0.05).Conclusion:The QTd correlate significantly with ATd,MAPD90d andRTd.Therefore,QTd could be a reltable way to reflect the inhomogeneity ofrepolarization.
