摘要
为了研究糖尿病人血清果糖胺与葡萄糖的关系,对60名各型糖尿病人血清中果糖胺(FMN)和葡萄糖(Gluc)进行了测定比较,并用231名健康体检者作为对照。结果表明:FMN与0luc具有一定的相关性,且不受Gluc临时波动的影响,糖尿病人FMN较正常人有明显的升高。
To study the relationship between serum fructosamine (FMN) and glucose
(Gluc), the author determined and compared FMN in 60 patients with diabetes, and had
231 healthy examinees as control group. The results showed that there was a correlation
between FMN and Gluc, and FMN wasn't influenced by Gluc. FMN was significantly
higher in patients with diabetes mellitus than in normal persons.
