凶杀犯罪177例的精神病司法鉴定

Expert Testimony of 177 Cases of Murder

凶杀犯罪在精神病司法鉴定中屡见不鲜。通过对192例凶杀案的精神病司法鉴定进行分析,共检出有病组177例,无病组15例。结果提示:林神病凶杀犯罪与其性别、年龄、职业、文化程度及精神病类型等有关。积极开展精神病防治及加强监护是减少精神病犯罪的关键。

Murder cases are common in expert testimny. Analysis of expert testimony of 192 murder cases was made, mental disease was found in 177 (mental group) with 15 healthy persons. (healthy group). Results indicatd that mental murder case was associat ed with the sex, the age, the occupation, the educational level and the mental type. It is suggested that prevention and monitoring are of great importance to the decrease in mental murder cases.
