彩色多普勒超声诊断脐带绕颈分析

Diagnosis of Umbilical Cord Around Neck by Color Doppler Flow Image

应用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对118例孕妇脐带绕颈的声像图特征,分析脐带绕颈与胎儿颈后关系。本文确诊脐带绕颈66例,与临床分娩结果对照,准确率97.1％,敏感性96.2％,特异性94％,提示CDFI是诊断脐带绕颈的一种迅速而准确的方法。

One hundred and eighteen pregnant women were monitored using color Doppler flow image (CDFI) .Umbilical cord around neck (UCAN) were found in sixty -eight, the charateristics of UCAN indicated by ultrasonogram were described, and the relationship between UCAN and fetal prognosis was analysed. The diagnosins of UCAN was comfirmed in 66 of these patients, which was compared with the delivery results. The results showed that the accurate diagnostic rate was 97.1 % , sensitivity 96.2%, and specificity 94% . This study suggests that CDFI is a quick and reliable method for diag nosing UCAN.
