摘要
采用ＣＤＦＩ分别对甲亢、Ｇｒａｖｅｓ眼病患者的眼动脉进行检测。结果表明：突眼患者的眼动脉血流速度高于正常（Ｐ＜０．０１），而甲亢并突眼者其血流速度又高于甲功正常的突眼患者（Ｐ＜０．０５），重度突眼者血流速度下降。本文认为，眼内压的变化和心搏出量与患者眼动脉血流速度直接相关。
Blood flow of ophthalmic arteries of patients with hyperthyroidism and Graves'ophthalmopathy was examined by CDFI.The results showed that blood flow velocity of ophthalmic arteries of the exophthalmic patients was greater than that of the normal(P<0.01).Blood flow velocity of ophthalmic arteries of patients with thyrotoxic exophthalmos was greater than that of exophthalmus of euthyroidism(P<0.05).Blood flow velocity of severe exophthalmus was lower.The authors suuggest that changes in intraocular pressure and cardiac output are correlative with blood flow velocity of ophthalmic artery.
