先天性心脏病室间隔缺损的外科治疗

Surgical Repair of Congenital Ventricular Septal Defect

对１９９１年１月至１９９５年１２月广西区南溪山医院收治的６８例先天性心脏病室间隔缺损的病例进行总结分析。根据不同位置室间隔缺损的特点，相应采取不同的外科手术缝合修补方法，并对其中１０例在浅低温不阻断升主动脉心脏跳动下行室间隔缺损的方法进行总结分析，并同时简单介绍一种利用活瓣式补片法治疗室间隔缺损合并重度肺动脉高压的新的外科手术方法。

From January,1991 to December,1995,68 cases of congenital ventricular septal defect hospitalized in Nanxishan hospital are analysed in the article.According to the characteristics of different locations of ventrieular septal defect,the different operative method were performed.Ten cases of ventricular septal defect were operated under unabolished aorta and superficial hypothermia,and a new method of unidirectional valve patch for repaircng ventricular septal defect with severe pulmonary hypertension was introduced.
