Preoperative emergency treatment and nursing for 33 cases of liverspleen rupture with massive bleeding are summarized in this paper,suggesting that nurses in operating room should possess strong emergency consciousness and highlydeveloped sense of responsibility and feeling of urgency,they should be familiar with the knowledge of emergency treatment and nursing for liverspleen rupture with massive bleeding and shock so as to increase the cure rate and decrease the mortality.
