摘要
观察了应用导管行肝动脉灌注化疗和栓塞治疗（简称介入治疗）中晚期原发性肝癌１００例，术后主要并发症有发热、肝区疼痛、穿刺部位出血、造血系统毒副反应等。护理要点为：①重视术前心理护理；②熟练掌握介入术中的操作技术；③做好完善的术前准备、术中观察和术后护理。细致地观察病情变化及防治并发症能最大限度地减轻患者痛苦，使患者的生存期明显延长。
Observations on perfusion chemotherapy with catheter into hepatic artery and embolism therapy (being called intervention therapy for short) for 100 cases of intermediate and advanced primary liver cancer were performed.The main postoperative complications were fever,hepatargia,bleeding from puncture site,toxic and side reactions of hepatopoietic system,etc.The main points of nursing are ①to pay attention to the preoperative psychological nursing;②to master skilled techniques of this method;③to do the better jobs of preoperative preparations,observations during operation and postoperative nursing.To observe closely the changes of patients'conditions,prevent and treat the complications,to alleviate patients'sufferings to the greatest possible advantages and prolong the patients'survival time.
