会阴切口愈合情况观察与护理

Observation and Nursing for the Healing of Perineal Incision:

通过对３０例会阴侧切术引起切口感染和裂开因素的分析，发现切口愈合与产前、产时有无感染和外阴水肿及助产者的缝合技术有关。为降低切口感染率和裂开率，应严格做好无菌手术操作，及时处理滞产，加强对缝合技术的训练和指导。

Analyses were performed for the factors which caused infection and dehiscence of 30 cases of lateral episiotomy,it was found that healing of incision was correlated with presence or absence of infection before and after delivery,vulval edema and suture technique of the midwives.In order to decrease the infection and dehiscence rate,the following measures should be taken:rigid aseptic technique,prompt treatment for prolonged labor,strengthen the training and guide of suture technidque.
