单根电极导管VDD起搏系统的初步临床应用

对４例窦房结正常的患者（完全性房室传导阻滞３例，肥厚梗阻性心肌病１例）植入单根电极导管ＶＤＤ起搏系统，并进行随访观察，结果显示：术中所测平均Ａ波振幅为２．３±１．３ｍＶ，随访期间（８～１２个月，平均１０．５±１．７个月），房室同步起搏率保持在１００％，无心房感知不良、肌电干扰和起搏器介导性心动过速等并发症。表明单电极导管ＶＤＤ起搏系统具有植入简单和房室同步功能稳定的特点。

A singlelead VDD pacing system (Dromos SL and SL 60/13UP)was implanted in 4 patients with normal sinoatrial node function (3 with complete AV block and 1 with IHSS). The results showed that the mean amplitude of P wave was 2.3±1.3mV at implantation, during the followup(10.5±1.7 months on average),there was no significant chang in atrial sensing threshold(P>0.05) and the percentage of atrioventricular synchronization was maintained at 100%. Postoperative complications such as atrial undersensing,myopotential interference and PMT were not observed. According to data in this literature, a single lead VDD pacing system is an optimal treatment for patient with high degree AVB and normal sinoatrial node function.
