糖尿病性周围神经病电生理改变的研究

Research on the Electrophysiological Changes of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

运用神经电生理仪对６９例糖尿病患者进行了运动神经传导速度（ＭＣＶ）及感觉神经传导速度（ＳＣＶ）检查及研究。结果神经电生理异常３３例，异常率４７．８％。而在无神经损害症状主诉的４４例中异常１７例，异常率３８．６％。通过ＭＣＶ及ＳＣＶ检查，将原来临床诊断糖尿病性周围神经病的确诊率１７．４％提高到４７．８％。提示神经传导速度的测定对早期诊断糖尿病性周围神经病是有价值的。文中结合临床对糖尿病性周围神经病发病与糖尿病病程的关系及糖尿病性周围神经病的病因。

Examination and research with nervous electrophysiological instrument for MCV and SCV of 69 diabetics were performed. The results showed that 33 cases revealed abnormal electrophysiology,the abnormal rate was 47.8%,while 17 of 44 cases without main complaint of nerve injury was abnormal,the abnormal rate was 38.6%. Through MCV and SCV examinations,the clinical diagnostic accuracy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy elevated from original 17.8% to 47.8%. This suggests that examination of MCV is of value in early diagnosis for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The relationship between pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the course of diabetes mellitus,the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were discussed preliminarily.
