儿童急性外伤性颅内血肿48例报告

Acute Traumatic Intracranial Hematoma of Children:Report of 48 Cases

对４８例手术证实为儿童急性外伤性颅内血肿的患者，从临床表现、影像学检查及治疗等方面进行总结。认为它具有早期出现贫血，意识障碍加重，发展缓慢，神经定位体征出现较晚，癫痫发生率高等临床特点。早期诊断、早期清除血肿及术前积极抗休克。

This paper summarizes the clinical manifestations,imaging examinations and treatments of 48 cases of acute traumatic intracranial hematoma confirmed by operations.It is considered that this disease has the following characteristics:occurence of anemia at the early stage,exacerbation of disturbance of consciousness,gradual progress,late occurrence of signs of nervous location and high incidence rate of epilepsy.Early diagnosis,early clearing out of hematoma,active antishock before operation and adequate hemostasis during operation are the keys of traetment.
